Our homes are located in lovely safe neighborhoods, close to employment opportunities and other conveniences, which will enhance the opportunity for our residents to integrate into their communities successfully. Each home is equipped with electronic door locks, cameras, and security systems for the protection and comfort of our members.

We are Affordable

A one time non-refundable Intake Fee covers the costs associated with a new resident transitioning into the home, including a welcome basket.

Weekly bed dues include:

Fully furnished shared bedrooms consisting of comfortable beds, fresh linens and pillows, nightstands, personal safes for prescibed medications and valuables, and plenty of storage
Convenient shared bathrooms, clean towels, essential personal hygiene items and toiletries
Fully equipped shared kitchens with coffee bar
Washer and dryer usage including soap, softener and laundry baskets
Computer access, TV in living room and free Wi-Fi
Spacious living and dining rooms
Beautful air conditioned Florida room
Peaceful, privacy fenced back yard with BBQ grill
